It is insoluble in sodium chloride, sodium nitrite and sodium acetate solution, but soluble in potassium iodide aqueous solution to produce palladium iodide (PdI2) solid and PdI2-4 red solution. Dissolved in aqueous hydrogen chloride to generate PdCl2-4. It can form complexes with pyridine, 2,2-bipyridine, isoquinoline, diethylamine and triethylamine [107].2.
