Its catalytic efficiency is very high, and it can catalyze many reactions that are difficult to occur under the action of similar catalysts. The reagent is obtained by reducing PdCl2(Ph3P)2 with hydrazine, or prepared by reacting Pd2(DBA)3 with PPh3.
