L-Histidine, both for children and adults, is essential amino acids. White crystal or crystalline powder. Odorless. Slightly bitter taste. Melting and decomposition is about 277-288 °C. Imida and metal ions form a complex salt. Soluble in water (4.3g/100ml, 25 °C), is extremely difficult to dissolve in ethanol, insoluble in ether. Very small due to the solubility and other reasons, are commonly used in its hydrochloride.

1.L-Histidine is an essential amino acid that cannot be formed by other nutrients, and must be in the diet to be available to the body.
2.Most often recognized as a precursor to the allergy symptom producing hormone histamine, both histidine and histamine have essential roles in the body beyond tormenting allergy sufferers.
